Policies & Waivers
Child/Extra Guests:
To avoid any accidents in the salon we ask that you do not bring your children/friends/family members to your appointment with you. We have limited space, and we want to ensure the safety of everyone around. If they already have an appointment at the same time, that is understandable.
Refund Policy:
Before we offer any kind of refund or credit, we ask that you come in to see the stylist so that we can correct any issues you may have. Please call within a week of your service if you have any concerns. From there the manager will discuss giving a refund or credit with you.
Color Services Policy:
All major color services require a consultation and deposit. New clients or current clients who haven’t previously had color services with us must schedule a consultation before booking a color service.
Parental Chemical Service Consent Form & Liability Release:
These forms must be downloaded and completed by a parent or legal guardian before any chemical service can be performed on a minor.
